Houses and Pressure Washing
December 5, 2008
House washing is done to remove contaminants like mold, algae, dirt, and mildew from your home’s exterior. Vinyl, aluminum, wood, and brick are the most common surfaces involved with house cleaning. Just as important as cleaning the inside of your home, the outside needs to be cleaned on a regular basis also. This can vary from every one, two, or three years.
Pressure washing houses should be done every year or two as maintenance and means that your home will appear to be clean all the time. A good exterior cleaning maintenance program will keep curb appeal at it’s highest and won’t allow your home to get extremely dirty.
Waiting until your home is visible dirty or until you are so embarrassed about it that you know it’s time to do something about it is all to common. Homes get dirty from car emissions and other man-made pollutants way before they start showing it.
Your home is your largest investment and should be kept clean on a regular basis. Don’t wait until it gets extremely dirty. Some permanent staining can occur on neglected surface over time. Stay on top of your house cleaning by hiring a professional house cleaner every year or two, it will literal put money in your pocket by protecting your investment.
